I’ve lived in the Panhandle for over seven years and have struggled to maintain a relationship with a PCP (they’ve moved, retired, etc.) I was referred to Dr. Ryan by a friend of a friend, and I could not have been more pleased with my first appt! I have a pretty complex medical history, and he was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I treated myself to a nice (almost celebratory) meal after my appointment with him, simply because I felt so lucky to have found him! I have a lot of experience with physicians (in major medical centers too), and he really impressed me! Wonderful bedside manner too. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Always want what is best for their patients, making sure their health care needs are taken care of while getting the best quality health care. Friendly and kind
The entire staff is very friendly and kind. Front staff and others like Nakia who checks in always go over and beyond to help with insurance needs and greets me each time with a smile. I can tell they put in a lot of work and it should be recognized. The nurses in the back are always friendly and helpful, as well as the students. My provider Amanda Self is amazing and she cares about your overall well being. Finally, Ms. Karen is always there to wrap up with her kind regards and patience. The Trinova team take good care of their patients and deserves to be recognized overall.

FANTASTIC DOCTOR!! BEST INFORMED OF ALL CONDITIONS
I’m a 66 year old patient with diabetes being my least issue. I have 6 specialists for rare illnesses but Dr Ryan has always been able to help me better understand the issues than any specialist. He either agrees with the medication prescribed or explains another route to take for the symptoms. He has been 100% correct and my health is the best it’s ever been since seeing Dr Ryan for several years. His staff is very friendly and he has a dedicated nurse line. I have NEVER left them a message that Dr Ryan hasn’t immediately addressed. Coming to Dr Ryan is absolutely the best decision I’ve ever made.

How do prescription refills work?
Request refills through the patient portal or your pharmacy. Please allow 2 business days. Certain medications may require a follow‑up visit.
Do you offer the Medicare Annual Wellness Visit?
Yes. Medicare covers an Annual Wellness Visit every 12 months after your Part B has been active for a year. We create a personalized prevention plan during this visit.
Do you have same‑week or same‑day appointments?
We hold openings each week for urgent needs. Call early in the day for the best availability. For emergencies, call 911.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes—virtual visits are available for appropriate concerns (e.g., select follow‑ups and medication reviews). Some visits must be in person.
Will you coordinate my care with specialists?
Absolutely. We refer when needed, share records, and help manage the plan so your care stays connected. After a hospital stay, we aim to see you within 7 days.
Can a family member or caregiver join my visit?
Yes—with your permission. We welcome caregivers and can share visit summaries with your consent.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient. No cancellation fee ever.
