in 5 Simple Steps


  1. Choose Provider and Date
    Click in a provide and choose day and time from the available schedule. 

  2. Enter Appointment Details:
    Tell Us About Your Visit (New Patient Visit)

  3. Phone verification: 
    Verify Your Phone (Choose text or call to get your 4-digit code, enter the code within 15 minutes)

  4. Request Appointment:
    Click the "Request Appointment" button

  5. Confirmation:
    You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment date  and instructions within 48 hours.

This is the fastest way to make an appointment. You will need to fill out the required paperwork before your appointment. If you prefer to schedule by phone, call or text us at (850) 848-9500

Troubleshooting tips 

We can assist you! Visit Healow’s Help Center for helpful tips for logging in and using the Healow App. If you require additional assistance, please call us during normal business hours and a Trinova Medical Associate will be happy to help. 


Simple Tips: 


  • Be certain your name is typed as it appears in the medical record – James instead of Jim/Jennifer instead of Jen 

  • Birthdates should be written as MM/DD/YYYY 

  • Telephone number should not have any special characters – just the numbers, no dashes or dots 

  • Be sure to check your junk mail for email confirmations! This email will come from eClinicalWorks 

  • Our practice code for the App is: EADGDD
